What if a deposit amount that is staged is significantly higher than the typical deposit?

The Clip platform is designed to identify and flag variances which are outside a predefined set of rules around deposit thresholds. The platform has built in controls that can turn off customer and/or employee access to the ClipDrop box before the deposit is even made. The rules are flexible enough to also recognize seasonality in deposit amounts.

If a large variance is experienced, reporting would be sent to fraud detection for follow up and investigation, and the user access rights suspended.

Enterprise customers have the option to incorporate certain mandatory and optional criteria to be entered into the app when making a deposit.
