When you arrive at the ClipDrop, the status LED should be solid blue.
If the light changes from solid blue to flashing red after scanning your deposit bag, it means the system cannot find your deposit record.
How to Resolve
- Verify that the barcode ID on the bag was successfully declared in the Clip Cashboard.
- If the deposit record does not exist, create the deposit in the Clip Cashboard, then return to the ClipDrop and complete your drop.
