If the Clip Cashboard displays the error message:
“Invalid Authentication code or Barcode. Please check and try again,”
it typically means that either the employee ID or the bag barcode ID is not assigned to your business.
If You Recently Received New Bags
- Contact Clip Support and provide the bag barcode ID that is not working.
- If possible, include the starting and ending barcode IDs from the batch of bags you received.
If You Are a New or Reassigned Employee
- Your user profile may not be created or properly assigned.
- Contact Clip Support and include:
- Full name
- Employee ID
- Store number
